I have a condo in Palm Springs and have a friend staying there while I am visiting friends in Washington State. Got a call from "S" that there was a mini swimming pool in the drawer under the bathroom sink and more water under the sink too. I have a home warranty policy and was able to contact them after 5:00 p.m. to get someone to fix the problem. Ernesto did a great job. We got turned down by the home warranty company for a replacement hot water heater. So I told Ernesto to just get it done. The next day when they were back to do the install we felt that it should be covered. So he called the warranty company back and got a different person who was more knowledgeable than the first one who wasn’t trained to do anything but say no to covering the hot water heater. Ernesto explained and got the approval for the claim saving me well over a thousand dollars. A large plumbing company would never have tried the second time.
